Sizegh Castle in Cumbria

Dad and I love the Sizegh Castle.  On the day we visited there we were able to get in free otherwise we would not have paid to see the beauty within these old walls.
 Look at the beautiful woodwork!

We took time to smell the flowers.

Preston District Meeting

Sister Fewou tries to shave off some of the flour so that she can make Sister Ranku get the chocolate out of the flour with her mouth.
Elder Sorenson did not get too much flour on his face.
Sister Ranku tries to make Sister Blunck eat some of the flour.  It didn't work!
The Preston Ward is the oldest ward in the church.  There is a plaque in the building commemorating the first baptisms in the River Ribble.

Dad has to open the gate before every activity and lock it up when we leave.

Kendal, Cumbria England

We found signs all over the town of Kendal in the Cumbria District.  Thought we would share them  we have plenty more but these are favorite signs.

Zone Meeting

This is a big family dinner at our zone meeting in Lancaster. dad and I like to put the tables together so we can all eat together and talk.
Sister Ranku and Sister Fewou enjoy the cinnamon rolls I made.

Dinner at Puss and Boots Pub

We love to spend time with all the senior missionaries serving her in the EMM.  We all meet together about once a month to have dinner.  Here we are at the Puss and Boots in Stockport. Elder and Sister Johanson, Elder and Sister Stephens (doctor), Elder and Sister Backman (lawyer), Elder and Sister Connell (lawyer), President and Sister Ulrich, us, Elder and Sister Stephenson, Elder and Sister Butler, Elder and Sister Pew, Elder and Sister Hill and Elder and Sister Shaw.

We love the Butlers! (office missionaries)  black sweater and white shirt and tie.
President Ulrich giving a speech in front of the bar.  Funny thing, we all asked for ice water, the only thing is they do not serve ice water here.  Just water.

Beautiful England

Dad named this place the "Winnie the Pooh" walk.  We go through this tunnel when we go on our walks.  It goes along a little stream and follows a path down an old country lane and back up to one of the main roads here in Preston.
This is an old street in Lancaster.  It narrows at the bottom so only people on foot can get through.  It is beautiful.  Love the green moss on everything.
This is a street in Lancaster.  We just liked it.
This is an old cobblestone street leading up to the Lancaster Castle.
